HELP! Are these aphids or?

Thought I was done with pest but I just found these on the stalks and undersides of one plant. I did find one caterpillar but didn't see any damage yet. (1) Any ideas on how to deal with these critters, and (2) is it too late to be spraying her with anything? I don't mind doing a wash at harvest. Thanks!

When I go OMG, yeah those are aphids. Spinosad is an natural product you can use to control them but not sure how that would effect budding flower.

Shaking or flicking them off work too, every time you see one of those bastards, smash it. Doesn't solve the overall problem, but at least you take a few out. I'd clear the other plants around the cannabis that are attracting them.

Sometimes people will use trap plants in companion planting but once you detect them in those veggies, toss them and start your sprays.
 
Thanks! I've picked the plant clean, but I don't doubt they'll be back. I have some Captain Jack's but am reluctant to spray my buds this late. At least the aphids aren't as bad as those nasty munching and pooping caterpillars!

Something else to keep an eye on is ants! They have seen your lush green girls and moved these "cows" to the green pastures. Then they spread them over the plants, milk them for that sweet sticky gue. These need to be dealt with also, or they'll just bring in more cows.
 
I've had success using tomato leaf tea as a spray to get rid of aphids. Also spinosad another "bud safe " option.
both take a few applications to show results.
