are my girls hungry or just need more light ?

hi guys, me again thanks for all the help last time! really great of u !
I'm a first time grower (actually second time but i killed my first 5 girls all) and a need again some advice please.
i was comparing my plans with the pics here on GWE and also member alltatup told me that my girl stretch out a little bit.
right now they are 6-7 weeks old and get 12h sunlight. in the morning they get straight sunlight for 3h. after that they stay in the shade because i'm afraid the thai sun will be to hot for them.
also i didn't feed them anything yet because this is how i killed my first ladies... even if i used less then on the bottle was recommended after 2 days the got yellow/brow leafs and not even a week later they were all dead. so I'm very scared that that will happen again. so please take a look at my plants and seedling and tell me what u guys think.
also could it be that they don't get enough light?
i still have some kind of box and some lights i could use but then again I'm not sure what lights would be the best. so i will also upload pics of the box and my lights.
if you guys think it would be best i put my plants or seedlings or both back under the light for18/6h or so please tell me.
I'm just afraid i will murder my babies again


my big plans are AK 48 (one is around 20cm and the other around 30cm, main stem) 6-7 weeks old
the seedlings are white widow, skunk and amnesia (all around 8-11cm) a week old
all fem and auto

Hi John, they look stretched out to me, like they want more light. Cannabis is a very light loving plant, the more the better, is usually the case.

Nugs is right, blast 'em with everything ya got. But, is the sunlight they are getting from outside? Or, are they inside by the window getting either filtered or higher intensity sunlight? Cuz if your windows are magnifying the sunlight, that is how you baked your first girls.
