Anyone use these lids?

I use these lids frequently on jars that I have previously canned produce in and place the remainder in the fridge , thinking of using them on the cure jar, no other reason other than I could, but I have the ball jar lids that are metal too., do you think that the plastic would make a difference to the buds ? 6 of one ,half dozen of another...
what do you all think?

I don't know if it makes a hill of beans LM666 , I've always used the metal lids that came with the mason jars , but I don't know if it really matters much , around here our jars get empty to damn quick.

Are the lids air tight? That is the question. I'd stick with the metal ones that come with mason jars for canning.

hey lab man I think you will be fine the only thing you can't use those type of lids for is to process in a caner the heat will melt them . I have used them with no adverse affects

Oh I know all that, I can my tomatoes and other stuff, I have an 8 qt pressure cooker.. I was strickly thinking cure and plastic transfer, I don't think it makes much difference since the buds smell pretty strong, they will probably make the lid smell like weed 😉. Thanks for the input
