Anyone know what kind of mutation this is ?

I just started my first grow. I have 4 plants and 3 of them look great. But I have this weird mutant and cant tell what kind of mutation is going on. Anyone know what's up with this?

These 4 were all just bag seeds to test my setup. All from the same bag. Only pics of the mutant are posted but I can post my other 3 for reference if anyone wants them.
 
Yep.
If you're talking about those fat leaves at the bottom, don't worry about it. They're young leaves. Young leaves can get crinkly and wonky. If something else, I don't see it. Maybe a description?
 
Gingerbeard Its hard to explain, but all of the leaves are very round and have been. The center cola i think its called is like growing a bunch of different little pieces off of it at an angle. And i havnt topped or fimed it. It just growing very very strangely.
 
Yes it's just a burp in growth I always keep my funky growing starts. What starts as a ugly goose could turn into a beautiful......….
 
Thanks for the help guys. When it gets pretty close to full grown ill post more pics of it if it stays weird. I don't even know if its a female yet so might have to move it outside to be safe.
