White spots looks like bugs

Yellow leaves could be a nutrient or ph problem - white spots on the leaves are where the spider mites bit the underside of the leaf. You have mites or could be those fungal fuckin gnats.

It's hard to say for sure from the picture. Is it happening in just that one spot, or the whole plant?
