It looks to me like potassium deficiency. See:

Potassium is more available at higher ph. It's common for salt buildup to occur at this stage of growing, acidifying the soil and causing lockout. I would suspect that. You'd need to post more info about what you're feeding, if you've one anything unusual the past week or two. K can be locked out by too much calcium, nitrogen, magnesium, phosphorus. Sometimes people think "calmag" is good, and use it even when there's no cal nor mag deficiencies. That could (theoretically) cause K def. But, my money would be on the early stages of salt buildup.
If you have a TDS pen, it would be interesting to know what your runoff ppm is. I try to keep mine (in flower) between 1600-1800. If it reaches 2500ppm, that's where I start seeing lockout symptoms.
If you keep your soil wet (don't let it go through wet/dry cycles), that could hold the soil ph too low.
But, your runoff ph doesn't sound bad. So, I'm not sure. Soil ph doesn't matter that much. It swings a full point between wet/dry (at least mine does). If you start in the 6.0-6.5 range, it should be fine.
