Any ideas what this could be?

Any suggestions what these brown "spots" could be? She is 3 weeks old and they have shown up on a couple of leaves. May be nothing but I want to jump on it early if needed.

Sometimes a drop of water can act as a magnifier under bright light, maybe just a little cooked spot, maybe not. .... ??
 
Photos looks white but that's moisture, no white in "real life", just looks wet. Humidity has been low, upper 30's to low 40's, so powdery mildew seems out of the question.
 
Did you take a look underneath the leaf with a loupe? dealing with thrips myself and this looks awefully familiar, hoping I'm wrong.
 
I looked underneath but damage appears on top only. Can thrips be seen with naked eye? She's only three weeks old!!! I have some Dipel Dust, does that work for thrips???
 
A two part (long winded) solution-

I would use a neem spray made from concentrate at 1.5% by volume, the premixed solutions you can purchase aren't strong enough. Apply lightly on the bottoms and tops of your leaves (never spray flowering buds with neem, it will leave its smell if you spray them, protect all buds from all over spray and use your hand as a shield)

You can also use sand (basic silica sand from your local pet store) as a preventative by applying it as a top layer 1/3 - 1/2 inch at least, this will prevent them from using your wet soil as a breeding ground. The combination of the two will kill the eggs/larvae you have now and bury alive anything hiding in your soil currently. I also use a cotton ball and apply pure neem oil around the bottom drainage holes and around any dark edges as well as the lip of the planters. I've seen almost a 100% improvement using this method.

I can't see the larvaes without magnifying x60 or x100, they're small and white, can't miss them ...once you see them. Confirm sighting before attacking, I can help you
 
Looked with loupe and hand held 60x microscope. Saw some tiny white dots, smaller than the head of trichomes that I have never seen before but this is the first time I have looked at my plants with microscope this early. Can you see legs on larvae with scope? Dots didn't look like thrips larvae photos I saw online.
 
Thanks Lotusyde. I have heard many complaints about thrips but I never had an issue. I did post how all my grows have been pest free the other day... bad karma!!!
 
She is only 3 weeks old...tomorrow, so I don't have to worry about buds, yet! I have some Neem oil but may wait a little longer to be sure about thrips.

Legs kinda, but the body is oblong, the dots you see are early trichs I think ...or eggs!!!! The larvaes move around a bunch, can't miss it. Bad infection, the leaf curls down on its sides. Hang sticky yellow aphid traps around your grow, it'll help catch the adults flying around. Pics of your leaves would help tremendously.
 
Your pot and medium are only three weeks old as well....it's bad ph till your medium and water/feedings get all leveled out....

I put my pot and medium together a day or two ahead of time and rinse/flush it with ph6...then add starter plug when ready for it...I have found this drastically minimizes these stages of bad ph...

It won't last long....

She looks good...
