Any answers to slow growth

Hi All,this plant is 6weeks old now ,and has recovered from a root rot problem ,it has a good root system growing ,my Ph is 5.8-6.2 ,ppm is 350 ,water temp is 19C .I have upped my nutes to 100% but the veg growth is sloooooow compered to some of the photo's I've see of plants the same age .
Any advice would be awesome .

makoman ,your roots look nice, I wouldn't think it was nute lockout, unless it's just happened, because of the nice colors.
But upping your nutrients isn't gonna help, I wouldn't think.
You might just have a slow growing plant. Or either you might want to flush, and start back with half strength nutrients.
But wait until you get some more answers first.

Cheers D.A.A.S ,I was at 50% then 75% nutes for 2weeks and have only been on 100% for a few days so I will sit back and give it a week and see how things go .I have been on 24/7 with light but going to try 18/6 to see if that helps ,makes sense to give it a rest ???
