Another newbie......with experience.

Hey everyone, Radar here. I'm not a complete newbie, I have grown in the past...7 years ago. I had 3 very successful small crops come through and had to stop due to the family.

But its on now.

I will get ya some pics very soon.

The starting equipment:

5 x 5 gorilla tent, extra tall 7' 11" tall
1000 w DE HPS
10 X 5 gal bubble buckets
Carbon filter
420 inline fan
and a 10 x 10 room.

not to mention:

20 Granddaddy Purple

and

10 AK-47

All Fem.

Thanks to this site and some thorough reading and getting some #'s in place we now have a feeding schedule down that I think is a great starting place.

No. I created it from my past, this site, general hydroponics and the newest info from growers. i created it on an excel file so if need be i can make changes. The PH scale is from this site. Don't just follow. These portions are for my set-up @ 3.75 gal per bucket. Fresh nutes every 7-10 days or when i replace the volume of water.

Where'd you get the seeds from? Which breeders? What nutes?

The seeds haven't arrived yet. I'm a little ahead of the curve with that. Its a Ken Estes brand both the purple and the 47. I only use GH. i have had great success in the past with GH and prefer to use the same products that im familiar with. The feeding schedule posted above is pretty basic. no twists or turns but it WILL be a new schedule for me.

How'd you get Ken's GDP in fem? I thought he only worked with regular seeds.

I did a spreadsheet that does all of the calculations for you on the GH Flora line. It does the calculations for you based on reservoir volume and strength percentage desired. You can also customize the profile to suit your needs. I uploaded it to Nebulas site and they will be making it available. I also did one for Canna Aqua. They are based on ml/Gal.

You can hang your turbo fan on the outside of the tent. Your using it to draw air in this setup up not push it through? I like mine to draw but hang it outside tent.
