Another defol?

Day 16 since I flipped them. I did significant defof a week ago.

Another week or two and the strech is over.

Not sure if I should defol again. Makes me a little nervous! Ive never grown these strains before, so not really sure what to expect.

I would but I'd wait until it looks like it needs it.

Also, I sometimes pluck leaves off the colas that are stretching further than the rest to slow them down and try and keep the canopy even and also to clear bud sites for full light.

In a couple of weeks you'll probably do your last big one so growth is focused on buds and not veg growth...that can wait a bit.

I usually trim off the water leaves before I flip then do a hard defoliation at the end of week 3.

I'd do as Bluey said and give it another week or two before you consider defoliating.

I usually do a defol after day 21 post flip and when flower sites are defined, to really shape the structure of the plant that is desired.
