SOIL Amnesia Haze seedling is growing very weirdly

I started 2 seedlings that are now 2 weeks old Amnesia Haze and G13 Haze at the same time. The G13 haze been growing amazingly but the Amnesia not so.
I think I shocked Ammi with to much light I kept them 2 cm's away from an 11watt 2700K after they were 3 days old. It just felt very slightly warm at that distance, the reason was they were stretching so much when the light was 10 -15 cm's away for a time laps. I noticed Ammi start to get a little yellow on the tips so I moved her away. I then had a small USB fan blow near them so they would ever slightly get a breeze for 8 hours a day roughly in sessions. Ammi started to twist her leaves and now there is a whole bunch (9) of tiny little leaves growing as you can see in the picture. They are going to move to 10lt pots in the next few days in boibizz all mix. Also finally been able to get 125w 6400K CFL for them. Is there anything I can do to help Ammi and is she going to be a busted girl

You don't need fans on seedlings. Don't know what's in that compost either. Can you list the ingredients maybe a reaction to your soil? Looks kind of like there's not enough drainage material in there.

I have moved them to Biobizz All Mix, think I just burnt the Ammi. The new leaves are deformed, but will post a picture in a week or 2 to show the result of burning the little seedling.

More than likely she'll grow out of eventually. It may take some time, but I would guess she's in damage control mode right now.

So she seems to be coming out of it, still a bit deformed but showing good signs of growth after a week and a half.

Who is the breeder?
I've got a Royal Queen Amnesia Haze running now and compared to the other strains I'm running, she is a slow starter. She is about 2 weeks into flower so stretching a bit but it has refused to spread her wings despite all of my efforts. We will see.

The Same Royal Queen! She freaked out being too close to a 25w CFL, the G13 (Barneys) didn't care and now you can see the difference the G13 is looking amazing and the Ammi is gone all Frankenstein on me lol.
