Do you know where the seeds came from? Does the breeder have harvest date recommendations?

What strain is this?

Inspecting the trichomes for color is the single best source for determining when it is right to harvest. With a zoom feature or jewelers loupe, inspect the trichome heads (little balls on stalks). General rule of thumb is to harvest when they are 10% amber, 80% milky and 10% clear. Once you gain experience, you will develop your own preference.

It is Durbin Poison. It is my first time growing so having a little difficulty knowing when its harvest time. I think the trichromes are all milky on the posted pic?

That strain typically flowers for 8-9 weeks. There is a large amount of white pistils on the buds, which usually turn color and withdraw into the calyx when they are ripe. That is true for the majority of strains but not all. Looking online for images of this strain does seem to show that this strain will have browner pistils when closer to harvest. Do a search and compare. Trichomes though are the true indicator and a better look at the bud, not the sugar leaves is needed for an accurate assessment.
