Alltatup's horizontal grow!!

Hello old friends, newbies, tokers, midnight smokers, and whoever else is here:

This is what I've been doing for the past year: perfecting the art of the HORIZONTAL GROW. I grow in a couple of BCNL grow boxes with LED Cobbs. I'm in my sixth year of growing the Goddess.

Each grower has to discover what works best for their given environment and their own needs. Obviously, I'm not going for the biggest harvest I can get; I'm going for the best bud I can grow. I'm delighted with the results. Some people may call me decadent and wasteful; others may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one. I know how I like my bud. So here goes.

I mainline my plants:

My grow boxes have 36" vertical space, so I veg them until they are slightly too tall for my box--to around14" height. When I flip to flower, they usually increase in height between 200-300% from a good strong veg period, then I super-crop the colas so they continue growing horizontally.

Flower week 3 before and after defoliation. Then, I train, attach to walls and ceiling as needed.

The buds get huge, and heavy with child.

OJH, good to see your smiling parrot picture!!! Yeah, the height restrictions suck, but I chose my path: I wanted stealth, lockability and moveability, and the boxes give me that. Don't shovel too much snow!! It's 80 degrees here... I'm pissed cuz I can't use my wood stove.

grouchyoldman I'm drying the harvest now, and I'm thinking it will be around 6 oz. With my limited space, I don't produce huge yields. When it's dry, I'll post the amount, for sure.

witnessed an ocelot attack a stranger entering the owners motor home unannounced. No real damage but taught them a good lesson. I would love a cat like that as a pet but they are probably best left in their wild habitat if it doesn't disappear.

@groucholdman Sorry this is a bit late: I harvested 7 oz out of box number 1. Not the biggest amount, but it's all heavenly top bud.
