I built the same thing only mine has wheels on the bottom and a fan. I use for seedlings and young veg. Used pvc for the frame and white coragated plastic for sides,back and front I used Velcro to attach the front and back for easy access with adjustable ropes to raise and lower lights and a piece of 3/4" ply for a base. The top is removable or adjustable for hot air release.
I can really sprout sum seeds with it.
