HELP! Airy, whispy flower stems

I have some outdoor plants that are beautiful and about 7 feet tall, but they have no flowers at all and show no sign of flowering. What the heck is that,

It's called natures time clock welcome to outdoor growing. They will keep growing taller till less daylight happens. Good luck

You should see a huge change around the equinox in September.

I have two that are well into bloom and two that are seven feet tall with no sign of bud, all started together. The others are right that the amount of darkness will dictate when your plant goes to bloom but I believe there is also a genetic component as to exactly what that amount of darkness is (within a certain range).

Yes genetic component i think also plays a part. And the indica leaning seems to always begin pre flower before the skinny leaf sativa leaners for me outdoors.
