hello. i've noticed that none of the regulars or OGs seem to use airpots? is that the case?

and just so everyone knows, if you try to do a forum search it turns up every post with "air" and "pot" but not airpot or even "air pot", so i tried that....

I've not seen anyone posting that pot it's cool , do you grow in them? If so does it sit in anything special?

I use net-pots in DWC

nope, in fact i didn't know anything about them until i saw them in nebula's tutorial

I have used smart pots with great success. These airpots look like smart pots on steroids. Whenever I see something that goes to the extreme I get suspicious. Is it possible to have too much airflow? I admit up front that I dont have any actual experience with them. So am quite content to be corrected by someone who really knows.

For my first grow I considered 'air pots' but after considering the pros and cons, I decided on 'fabric pots'. Both can have water leaks out the side of the pot, but I think air pots would be more difficult to water properly. Just my observation.
P.S. My root autopsy in fabric pots shows that they are well suited for my propose and I will stick with them. Air pots, may be just as good, but I don not know.
