yes it is. Plants can only take in so much nutrients. If you keep feeding more, you end up like this. it's called nutrient lockout. Just like over watering.
 
No, I don't have any of that stuff. Only gadget I have is a Jewelers Loop to check my Trichs. Only gadget I use. People tent to over think this whole pot growing thing.
 
Hey, I don't know if you've gotten new soil yet, but I wrote an article about what kind of soil is good for growing if you want to check it out! Your nutrients come from Canna, which is a Dutch nutrient company that was actually established specifically to make cannabis nutrients! I've tried their Canna Coco nutrients before and they worked great, so I'm sure their Terra line will be, too :)
