advise on growing in promix hp,

some info on light requirements for seedlings, i have a 250w led set at 24 inches dimmed down by 50% should the height be lowered?
 
What are the manufacturers specs? I have a ts1000, 150w actual and when mine were seedlings I had it at 36-40 inches at about 50%
