Advice please; pruning in veg?

I’m growing my first attempt at a manifold configuration. I’m just curious whether or not I should prune out the internodal sprouts to encourage more growth at the tops? I hope this make sense I’ve included a few pics to illustrate my point. Any thoughts on this topic would be a help.

At this point you don’t need to prune. Let the plant create as many branches as possible. When you have a big bush ready to flower is the time to clear the lower weaker growth. For now let her be

As much as I love my scissors - I wouldn't cut anything off that plant. It needs to grow.

Are you adding any calcium/magnesium supplement? Reason I ask is - lower leaves on your second pic are starting to show some yellow dots.

And the yellow dots were from a slight nute burn that happened prior to topping. 😁
