Advice needed. Starting multiple plants in one container

Starting 8 seeds. 2 from each strain biggest one gets transferred to it's own reservoir. Starting 4 plants to each reservoir and only using one of my two 600w lights.

using the bubbleponics set up found on GWE

the question is:

how risky/difficult is moving my strongest plants to their own reservoir (I have 4)?

Two will be staying in the original tanks but I want to switch the net pot position to the center to maximize room for training.

It isn't a huge deal to use both my lights but I wanted to save a few bucks on utilities in the early stages and then transitioning two both lights with two reservoirs per light.
 
As long as you dont make the mistake i did left on vacation roots all grew together easy to move as long as roots dont grow together.just started four three auto and one photo same resivore once they got to there third nodes i transplanted into there own resivore doing great good luck this is my third try still growing my second try
 
Ok cool. I was hoping it wouldn't be a pain. No vacations for me anytime soon. Wife is about to have our baby in August and is getting on me to get our plant babies started too. I figure two to three weeks is good enough to evaluate the strongest of each pair.
 
CONGRATULATIONS, Ian!!! (the baby). You won't have a massive root problem within that time frame, I shouldn't think.

On one of my current grows, I sprouted four seeds (Ace Purple Haze x Malawi), and sure enough, the front runner from the start became the only plant I kept in my hydro grow box; she outpaced the others all along. When I was finally some weeks into flower, after pondering the situation for some time, I decided to pull the three laggers and let Goddesszilla (as I now call her) take over the entire grow box. Which she did. So I'm a firm believer now in letting the strongest survive (unless one has tons of room for the others, which I don't).

Just finished the drywall in the grow room. Hanging my lights and exhaust tonight. Finishing the small details over nextbtwo days and starting germination tonight.
 
Yep. The wife decided I had to either grow my own or stop smoking as it is not inexpensive. Explaining Daddy's secret garden room is not something I'm looking forward to in the future.
 
Savannah makes her appearance to the world in the beginning of August...right about the time I'll be switching to full flower
 
Ian, by the time you'd have to explain anything to Savannah, cannabis should be legal everywhere. My dream, my prayer.
