Advanced Nutrients PH-UP?

Ok I was sold this at a local shot to raise the PH in my soil, however it really reads as it is for hydro and not soil. So in an unused pot of soil that Phd at 4.5 I used some on it, it did bring up the PH, but for only maybe 6-8 hours, by morning the PH was again 4.5. I have emailed Advanced on this. Also says 0-0-45 on the label,,,,,
Anyone use this? Is it worth my time to try again? Or take it back?

Is advanced nutrients not "ph perfect" to begin with or am I thinking of another line?

You are correct. AN contains PH buffers. Great for hydro. Unfortunately most professional soils also contain PH buffers. Which is my guess why the PH drifted back to what it was before the AN was added.

They did not have the ph perfect, and the mfg has not yet responded,,,
I worked dolomite into the soil,,,,

The reply, they say this is neither for soil or hydro, it is to PH the water solution with,,,

My water is 7.0, I dont need to raise its PH,,,,
