Adjusting EC readings

So, my last 2 waterings have seen my EC in/out readings become near even, instead of lower reading going in & higher reading from the runoff that I had been maintaining.
Have been adding nutes to all water going in (fox farm grow big, big bloom, + cal mag) at approx 1/3 the recommended dosing. Plant is in coco/perilite, & currently taking approx 1/2 gal every 30 hours, @ about an estimated 20% runoff( have never actually measured runoff quantity, just a loose estimate)
Am I overwatering? Going too light on my nutes?
Inflow hasnt exceeded runoff readings, yet, but trying to stay in front of it instead of waiting to correct an imbalance.
Should my next waterings/feedings be done with less/no runoff?

plant is really looking good with the bud sites really showing themselves the past 4 days, as I said, just trying to stay ahead of the issue rather than correcting it after the balance has become off.

Using a meter that you linked in previous post I read in my research, my inflow readings have ranged from 600-750, with the runoff reading between 800-1100, for the most part. (Admittedly, what these #'s actually represent is lost on me, but its the 2nd mode on forementioned meter, & ive been more focused on keeping the "in" slightly lower than the "out"). My last watering had both readings in the 600 range.

Plant is in 3gal fabric pot, with about 2" on top doubled over, so not a "full" 3 gal of medium. My gauge for watering has been when the surface coco is about 1/2 dry to the point of color change, highly scientific, I know! The 1/2 gal/30 hours is for about the last 6 days, as she seems to be drinking, filling out at a suddenly rapid pace. Again, my 1st grow so I have no experience to compare against.
