HELP! Adjusting 150 watt LED light

Hi All, I’m a first time grower trying auto flowers. I am using a 2x2x6 grow tent. With a Vivosun 4 inch CFM inline fan with speed control. A cool mist Humidifier, Groplanner 150 watt full spectrum LED grow light,I have a fan blowing inside the tent. I am using Happy Frog soil. . In addition my first plant I burned with the LED. My autoflower just broke through the soil. My setting for the light is 18 inches above the plant with 26% intensity and 222 ppfd ( I am using an app on my phone Photone). My question is how to you know when to make adjustments to the LED light. My problem is I don’t want to burn another plant.

Sounds like you have access to a ppfd meter here's a copy paste I have in my notes

Seedlings. 100-300
Veg. 300-500
Flower. 500-1000

Hold the back of your hand under the light if it’s hot on your hand that’s what the plant will feel.
