Has anyone tried adding worms to 7 gal smart pot ? Would it be beneficial or am I over thinking?

Adding vermiculture to indoor soil grow

Hi! I produce worm castings, which then get mixed in with my outdoor soil grows. Some worms get in the smartpot when I do that. Don't know if just adding the worms directly would help or hinder. Indoor I use coco, and try to stick to my GH nutrient schedule, without confusing the issue with additional organic additives, like castings. Maybe an experiment is in order 🌱🌞
