I received a non-UL mat even though the Amazon photos showed the UL stamp. I contacted them and after apologizing for my receiving some old stock they promised to send me a replacement when new stock was received. A couple months later my new mat arrived. I own a number of ACI products and both they and their customer support are top notch.
