A new grow, GG#4/WW/BW

Well my blue berries and strawberries I've kinda just let go. I really need to separate strawberries there small but tasty. They are probley 5yrs old with having varments around they sneek in under my deer fenced garden eat at night all ripe berries nearly. I tell grand kids they are a day too late for having pick and eats.

I have a robin nest under our deck shes been there for years well yesterday we were on the patio and watched her repeatedly fly to the blueberry bushes and eat a blueberry . I have a walk out cellar to the patio

Well, my plant survived being unattended for 8 days.....and I survived 8 days of no weed smoking!! (lol). Just lit up a bone of white widow and got quite the buzz(g).
I ended up going ahead and topping between the 4th and 5th node before I left. Rivers look pretty low, must have been fairly dry while I was gone also.
A couple of blueberries are getting ripe, branches are getting heavy.
So I'm glad to be back, although I already miss the ocean!
(Watered after I took the pic--she was thirsty)

Decided to have some fun and experiment. Topped between 4th and 5th node. Then.....topped all 8 resulting branches.
Took 2 fan leaves off. Growing the GG4 this past winter I noticed the stems were pretty wimpy, so hopefully this will keep her a bit shorter and bushier. Should have enough natural light veg time to get decent results. Could always extend will artificial light.

My buddy the hawk was back for a visit a little while ago.
So my plant is starting to take the shape I'm after, lopped off the top fan leaves and lollipopped her up a bit.

Looking good Green I was up in your area Halafax the last 23 days our sister has been trying to get a deck built for 2 years and people just kept putting her off so we stopped by on Friday and I finished up at 8 yesterday morning ,forgot what a bitch that is in the sun lol

Halifax is one of my favorite little towns. Lot's of old hippies still hiding out in the woods there (lol).
(the problem with working there is if you need something it's a long haul to the nearest building supply store)

Sooo, decided to force my plant to flower early and began putting her(I hope) in the closet at 6:30 pm, back out on the deck at 6:30am(7/31/19). Hopefully will allow a few more weeks flowering time in the late fall when frost is always a risk. We shall see, we'll call it an experiment(ha).
Humidity has dropped here today, so decided to burp my jarred up winter grow weed put up in May. Seems to be doing very well with no boveda packs, which I wasn't all that thrilled with.
Bud porn included, Blue widow

Outstanding GreenState I flippin love that Blue Widow awesome buds just beautiful. Good luck in the "force" i'm gonna sweat it out as long as I can outdoors, move them to green house if necessary. Won't get frost here just rain which is just as bad. My WW should finish in time not sure about his Burnt Cookie strain but we'll see still got lots of time where i'm at. Peace

Good morning SoOrbudgal I have 4 jars of White widow also (see more bud porn(g)). It is my favorite tasting of the 3 strains I grew. Nice summertime flavor and high, really enjoy it, not to mention a 4oz yield from one plant.Fluffy stuff. I'll be growing it again starting on new years day.

What I harvested in May is gone and I'm trying to make what I harvested in June to last till Oct. lol but I dont think I'll be running low after Oct. lol , Green if your plants arn't to far away then you could use contractor rubbish bags .put them on at night take them off in morning pain in the ass but will definitely help with bud rot

Thanks OJH, I'll keep your suggestion in my tool box. As long as the plant stays a reasonable size, I'm able to move it inside pretty easily.
I have noticed much less stretch so far as compared to using artificial light, we'll see if that continues to hold! Suspect at this point there is more blue light vs hps, could be the reason.
Jeez, 46 degrees here this morning :)

Wow, those are thick. My W.W. colas were always a long and slender. Have you got some pics of that plant in flower?

Great looking plant. Mine were also Fem photos....I've grown Dutch Passion's version. I've gotta give that strain another try, but maybe from another breeder. I think D.P. was the original, but your knock-off looks really good.
