A little Advice?

I'm currently trying to re-veg a plant that has already gone thru it's bud cycle. I trimmed the plant way back and would like to keep it alive. It's getting sun during the day and going under the lights in the evening. I have it under 2 CFL bulbs set up about 18 inches over the plant. I also have a LED blue/red spectrum. My question is, what is the best color to use for re-veg? I'm completely lost when it comes to this whole indoor thing and I can't find anything online that helps me for the color spectrum on re-veg.

Back to blue (4000k) you want to promote vegetative growth. The light cycle with do the work for reveg, the color can increase the speed that it happens.
