Maybe she's talking about a finishing nutrient like kool bloom. Probably wants his nugs to be a little harder........Oh damn, that didn't come out right, my bad. If that's what you meant they are a heavier nutrient you use at the finish of flower with more P and K with less nitrogen, and yes like anything you can over do it. A good example of less is more.
