9 weeks in, no buds!

First time grower, growing nothern light auto, in coco coir, 250w hps, 1 out of 4 plants has no buds at 9 weeks. I posted a picture of all four plants. The other 3 plants are covered with buds. Should I remove this plant from the grow tent? Is it too late to get buds to form? I'm following the tutorial by nebula step by step...the other 3 plants seem to be growing fine

where did you get the seeds? That could possibly be a photo, not an auto.
Bit hard to tell with the yellow from the hps, Are there any white pistils anywhere like the other girls started getting before they flowered?

Hey! I got them from nirvana. There are short white pistils like the others had when they started....but that's where they stopped growing and the other 3 kept going into full blown colas, all 4 seeds were supposed to be autos...
