My recommendation
qet a better light, as everyone is saying
Cut to about half meter tall, it should leaf out from there
Transplant into well drained 5 gal bucket
Keep in veg state until it bushes out, maybe 2 or 3 weeks
Make sure it gets 12 hours darkness daily when you're ready to make it flower
 
You could have 50 of those lights and your plant won't care. It's never going to be right for growing. Stop using that light and purchase a grow light. I have some personal recommendations from $60-160 on the low end to $1000. What's your current budget for a grow light? We're going to settle this one way or the other even if I have to send you them myself
 
I think I'll go with the first one, will it be enough or should I Also put the infrared as an extra light? And does it heat the room? Thanks
 
You just transplant the whole pot to a larger one minus the container! Might top it first so you can tip it upside down to get the existing container off.
 
Welcome Joe !!! The plants are just too tall. If they were my plants I would treat the top part of the plant like I would a clone. Read this http://www.growweedeasy.com/cloning-marijuana-guide and give the plant and you a second chance at getting it right. Make a small space to completely enclose the plants so you can control the environment and let them veg and get health.
 
Is this light any better? And does it look it female because I think it has hairs and balls but am not sure

Definitely not ignored! I just found a 250w hps
that fits perfectly in my price range. And am going to close of the room with a blanket so it gets a little warmer. I'd I'm looking in to cloning the plants and re doing it... also I have found some good soil that my buddy found for me but don't know how to switch the medium... So if there is a trick to it, it would be nice know. I really do appreciate all that has been said!
and holy fuck man! Those plants are beautiful! Hopefully me one day...
 
Also I'm thinking of buying a couple of new seed online... is it safe? Will it be easier to grow if I get some auto seeds this time?
 
Nice! You and your plants will be a LOT happier with a 250w HPS. As far as changing the grow medium, it looks like you plants are starting to flower, I would hold off on trying to change that at this point. Also, maybe instead of using a blanket to hold in the warmth, you may want to consider using a sheet of plastic or something else that will reflect light back to the plants.
 
Buying seeds online is safe. We all do it. As for the seeds it probably won't make a difference which type of seeds you get as long as your grow environment is solid. However, my advice would be to complete your setup before spending money on premium seeds. I can tell you're very eager to get going, but without having a good grow setup you may be disappointed with you next grow too. JMTC
