70 day bloom cycle cut to check effects.

Happy growing everybody! I accidentally broke a small amount of 1 plant during servicing the res so I cut and fed the break in Florakleen for a few days to determine how the girls are doing in the bloom cycle and boy am I glad I did! Plants are now into their 85th day in bloom cycle and are just starting to turn amber. I noticed dark to black trichs however they're rare and the trichsomes in general are clear, milky and just beginning to amber in some spots. I dried the small broken amount of that one plant for 4 days and cure for 10 days to check the effects. It is too psychoactive for my taste. I stopped using GH Flora Trio series after the 70th day in bloom and replaced it with GH koolbloom to finish the grow. After burning a puff I noticed the ash was sooty and I want the after burn to be white ash. Suggestions on the flush and harvest to achieve this and any suggestions would help now and thank you guys for your help and suggestions ahead.

I'm pretty sure what you tried is not going to be you final product. 4 days drying and 10 curing. Is way too little. So you say is too psychoactive. Harvesting when you see amber trics (like you said) is going to raise CBN levels. And the long curing will too. The effect and taste are going to change along the process so don't judge it by that premature fast dried bud

Liquid or dry Koolbloom? Why did you stop using the trio? and did you only just start using the KoolBloom? If it's liquid Koolbloom you should have started using it weeks ago

Yes very rushy and big bang but know boom, heavy "cotton mouth" lol all suggestion and reassurances are always welcomed especially for a newbie.

This is the full strength GH DWC feed chart. (you'll likely be using a lower dose, around 50% is a good place to start). Don't worry about the measurements, I posted it so you can see you should at least be using the micro & bloom right up until flush. Also it shows when the liquid & dry koolbloom should be used.

Hi, I I'm scaling koolbloom dry mix with GH FloraGrow 1/4 tsp/gal. I found out after I got the water report for my area that my tap water contain efficient amounts of minerals so I checked them off and dropped what wasn't needed like adding CaliMagic, for the remainder of this grow and the next grow I'll watch the plant and supplement if needed. KoolBloom is for finishing a grow and has high amounts of N.K with maintaince amounts of N. I started KoolBloom in the 60 day of the bloomcycle and this cycle is at least 80 days with this strain of indica/sat. hybrid diablo. I'm reducing the unnecessary salts and minerals along with small flushes between res. change with GH FloraKleen until harvest.

Thank you for the complete flora series chart and It will be great to use it on the next grow for sure. I'm a newbie and didn't know anything about the series, just the basics at every point of the grow. I now know that I could have bought the Flora Series Box and had soup to nuts! l tend to experiment a lot with new learning challenges and there has been a few bangs, knocks and near misses of bullets up to this point, but I've learned some things at every one of them and had fun learning. I just used the flora series + CALiMAGic on my first grow.
Next grow I plan on using the GH Flora Trio, CALiMAGic, ArmorSi, Liquid Koolbloom, and Diamond Nectar. No real reason, I had a good first harvest, I just like spending extra money I don't need to lol.
