$70.00 HPS bulb verces the $11.82 HPS bulb

Grow bulbs prices are all over the place!. I use Solis Tek brand 600 watt bulbs but at just under $70.00 each they are pricey!. Both my bulb as well as the cheep bulb look the same to me. Anyone notice any difference between cheep and pricy bulbs?

I don't know. I use the high end Horitlux bulbs but I have some Apollo bulbs as back up. I have used the HPS for 3 flowering cycles so I don't know if it really has 'high end' life left in it or not. I have pretty much decided that I will use the highest rated bulbs I can reasonably afford.

I wonder??????? Both the cheep bulbs as well as the pricy ones look the same at least to my eye. I wonder if they are made in the same factory?. My Solis Teks are almost $70.00 EACH! I know, I bought 6 just the other day. Sent the bill to Greens house.
