I almost got those but they use too much power for my setup right now. They would be pushing my fuse to the 20A limit so I have to go with something else unfortunately but these were originally my first choice. Glad to see they really do work from someone who is using them the same way I would have! Thanks for sharing that!

Yeah I had the same problem every time my son would turn his air conditioner on pop had to come down and reset everything. Did a little homework little Googling YouTube whatever ran dedicated 20 amp to each light and then a 15 amp for everything else it's not that difficult just have to make sure and turn off the main coming into the house. And not have a fear of electricity because it could well you know.

Mine is in a detached garage with only one 20A line run to it and my current draw is about 12A total when everything is on. I may end up installing (or having someone install due to code) another line to it so I can stop worrying about it. Then I could run the chillers with no problems whatsoever!

If you had a deep cycle marine battery course you would have to charge it periodically probably every other day if I had to guess it would work in a pinch. That's what's power in this device now I think I've pretty much reached it's low temperature at least for this gallon and a half of water looks like it's going to be... 55.2. I might try larger more powerful Peltier and 2 cooling blocks as opposed to one, goal here is going to be to keep 5 to 7 gallons at least in the mid-sixties I think it's doable.. anyhow it's been fun playing with these little things going to build a freezer out of one here don't think that'll apply,☮️

I might build a solar setup for the cooler. That would be fairly inexpensive to build considering it's such a low amp draw. Hmmm...

Here is one I found Sammy has everything all in 1package
TOOGOO(R) Aquarium Thermostat Chiller 70W Fish Tank Salt/Fresh Water with temperature controller https://www.amazon.com/dp/B073VJJKXR/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_s0bFzbPJ6NCSM
I might get one for my next grow going to try to build a liitle bigger and shorter one than my GH bubbleponic kit . I only have to keep mine down about 3-5 degrees its been OK but did have to clean the roots once temp got close to 80 which was not bad but for $50 I shouldn't have to worry

Thanks and its a full combination of everything we have talked about here . A peltier cooler with fan ,heatsink and thermostat in one small unit . The supply house I use is cheap but to ad those together would be $65 or more and this is ready to go . I think it might still need a 12 volt power supply but that's cheap .
