5 pc grinders?

I bought a 5 pc/4 compartment grinder. It has a 'course' screen and a fine screen. On top of the course screen you get perfectly ground bud for packing a bowl, rolling, vaping, etc. In the bottom below both screens you get the trichomes/kief. But what do you call the stuff that gets trapped on top of the fine screen? And what do you use it for? It's about the consistency of dryer lent.

I dont know? I dont use that 1. I just leave that out.

I put it in when I make Raw cone joints, it fills gaps and the cone burns better.

Just different qualities of kief I'm guessing. I only have a 3 compartment grinder, but I rarely use it.
