These girls have collaborated with me perfectly: they indicated clearly that they were ready for the switch. So this memorial morning I defoled, gently bent stems back n forth, and did one last lst on them. Now they are chilling in the darkness till tomorrow morning.
New box five days ago and today. They have stretched around 2 inches. Eager beavers!!!
Old box has maybe a week more in veg mode. Jack H. is still the smallest and slowest, but developing nicely and she seems to like having her stems bent. So does C99, who will explode soon:
Old box on Aug 29 and Sept 7: they are accepting the training.
Closeup of C99: she has a buncha colas coming up:
On this 4th year grow I'm feeling like a cool senior, about to graduate. Everything seems easier and so far, nothing has worried me. I may be seeing some weird genetics in the old box; I will write to GreenHouse seeds, because my first Jack H. seed was a bit sluggish as well. See if other people have had problems with their seeds.
your girls look amazing as always lol Hey I have a question witch do you like better cbd isolate or oil, the oil sounds easy to use but I'm thinking of the isolate would go further
oldjarhead100 CBD isolate is far superior: where an oil can go rancid, you can infuse some alcohol with CBD slab and it will stay good in the freezer indefinitely. So I have an 8 oz bottle of Everclear and 14 grams of CBD slab in it in the freezer. When I need to make someone a tincture with less THC and more CBD, I can do the measurements and determine how many mls of CBD-infused Everclear to add to the tincture.
I added the slab right in the oil ,probably 3 grams to 50 mil of oil ,it works if I take a 1/4 of a cap I usually dont smoke until it wears off ,I will have to play around with the amount to see if I dont have to use so much
s62 Some folks like to vape CBD powder or slab; I tried it a couple of times, but it didn't do anything for me. I'd rather grow a cannabis plant with a good % of CBD in it and get the most natural form of it. But I do keep some slab infused in Everclear which I use to dilute the THC-heavy tincture I make for some folks who don't want the high, but want the full spectrum. I personally love the THC tincture high early in the morning: it's awesome on an empty stomach.
The CBD craze has a lot of folks fooled--again, we're talking about greedy entrepreneurs eager to jump on the Cannabis money wagon. A lot of folks are selling hemp-derived CBD which isn't really medicinal at all.
CBD should be Cannabis plant-derived--not hemp plant-derived. In Cannabis you get all the cannabinoids and terpenes working together to create medicinal synergy: they work better together than they do isolated. You can get a plant with a minimal amount of THC in it, but it's still part of the full spectrum of chemicals that will make the CBD work better.
https://www.projectcbd.org This is the best website for truthful information about CBD. There are probably hundreds of bullshit hemp CBD sellers out there who don't want you to know the facts.
