On my fourth grow, finally got everything set perfect. Aircooled hood, S6 inline fan by afinity, and have by nutrients down and some good seeds. BUT it is still my hardest problem to date, temp is a bit more than id like for my 400w MH/HPS. Should I just set my grow to 250W and let it run or would by yeild change too much. Also, temps have been the obstacle imo from getting really dense nuggaroos. Help!

About two weeks in, flowers have they round leaves still and on their first pair of serrated leaves...

I start to turn my dial down about week 6. In nature that’s about when it starts cooling off, plants inside seem to respond well to lower temps later on in flower. Seems to help with trichome production as well. As long as they’re not showing signs of heat stress run it at 100% through week 5. Then once they start drinking as much and not growing taller starting turning the dial down

Nothing wrong with 80°F. Are they running any hotter? Are you able to run an AC in the lung room, or even a portable ac?

80 should be ok until mid flower.

Remember, light is food, it allows the plant to photosynthesize CO2 and nutrients from the root system into sugar energy and oxygen.
