Right now, that can only be done in a laboratory. No field test that I know of can identify specific amounts. It’s a yes/no Boolean expression. The product manufacturer of the tests even states that the testing devices can lead to false positives due to that issue.

As already noted there are problems with the new law. Here in Oklahoma anything not grown in this state in illegal! And the hemp bust last year , well they dropped some charges, but not all yet,,, I find this embarrassing to this state!
To all yall that are in illegal states, if Oklahoma can pass MJ laws you can too!

Yes, Oklahoma is another state that still arrests people for hemp. Florida as well.
There are still states making arrests for cbd oil and hemp production.

Not in Florida, Governor DeSantis just signed into law a bill legalizing Hemp and has ordered the Department of Agriculture to set up a licensing system for commercial cultivators.

The bill to create a hemp program. Meaning last week (before that bill was signed), noting existed and was still illegal to buy/sell hemp in Florida.
