The light came in today and so far I am pretty happy with it it's alot smaller then my old 6t5 light and a crap ton brighter. I am hoping my new ventalation comes on time tomorrow because this needs alot more then I have right now. After an hour of running it hit about 92.. hopefully with the ventalation I can get it down to 80 ish and maintain that and be able to keep the tent fully closed.

Also my seedling seems to have finally picked up the pace on growing it was stunted a bit when I transplanted last weekend it wasn't root bound but it sure took off as soon as I gave it a bigger pot. I'm wondering how long till I can move it all to flower the clone on the right seems fully ready but the clone stalled out to much so I may have to flower it a little earlier then I wanted but I have to keep the clone from getting to bug I trimmed a little after I did some lst.

Evening Boco 2017, your temps should come down alot when you get your exaust fixed up, at least mine did. Did you take that yellow film off ?

Mine came with a blue film on it. I hung it at 18 inches above the clone, after I did a little LST to reduce the height and get the colas where I want them I have 5 maybe 6 strong colas on the clone. I am hoping so it's a constant fight on temp that's why i really decided to upgrade the exhaust (and I'm starting to get some smells too) but even though I paid extra for the 2 day shipping vivo sun didn't ship it for 4 days I was hoping to have it before the light but oh well haha. And you ain't kidding I need my Oakley's to tend to my plants now it's bright as all get out.

Mine came with a yellow film and i didn't even notice for a couple of days.
One of my eyes stayed blurry for a couple of days too, they are almost 2 bright, and no kidding you need SHADES to protect your eyes.Well good luck with it.

So far I'm a little concerned with the heat I have. In my tent I have a 4 inch fan and filter on full speed and it's pulling a good bit of air out and it's definitely warm air but I'm still sitting at about 100 degrees I have all my vents at the bottom open and I unzipped the bottom portion of the tent as well it dropped it down to 95 within a few minutes but it's held there for a while I added a fan blowing cold air into the closet space where my tent draws the air from but I had to leave for a few hours. If that doesn't take care of it anyone have any other thoughts I can not run an AC due to the space and also the expense of buying a portable one.

Hey Boco, man that doesn't sound good, have you got anyway to exaust that hot air outside?
Outside I can't, the room it's in even venting the air into that room is about 68 degrees so it should be plenty cool I am hoping when I get home this afternoon adding that fan to move more air into the closet will have dropped it closer to where I want to be at. I'm hoping to get to 75-78 and hold steady it's a little growing pain but like I said I'm being hopeful. I will have my better half check on them before going to work and hopefully the temp has dropped.
Hey Boco2017. I just started a new grow in expanded grow space (2.5 X 3.5 X6.5), 4" exhaust fan and new LEC. My temps jumped into the 90's pretty quick too. I added an oscillating fan and an air cooled hood which brought temps down to the upper 70's. Not crazy about the glass on the air cooled hood but had little choice. I think my next upgrade will be to a 6" exhaust fan as my 4" is at full speed. I have read of others with grow spaces around the size we have and with a 6" fan they don't seem to have an issue with high temps.
Yea I kinda wish I had gone with the 6 inch fan because mine is also at full speed. But I added a 8 inch fan at the top and that has me at a solid 82 and I added one of the co2 bags above as well that someone in another post recommend doing since I am pretty much at the optimal range for that and my plants are growing like crazy. I think I'm going to switch to 12//12 Tonight because my clone is at 3 months and my seedling is about 2.5 months the seedling is lagging behind in size but it looks very healthy and so far only showing signs of female. Since I want to be able to break everything down for my move in February I'm not going to give my seedling witch is a mystery seed any more time because the clone is growing like crazy and I can't let it get any bigger plus it has 8 colas on the clone but only 4 on the seedling.
