HELP! 300 W LED Setup

Good morning fellow growers,
Yeaterday, my grow tent and 300W full spectrum light came in. After a night of uninterrupted light, I have a feeling my plant is too close (~10 inches) from the plant. How far away should a 300W LED be hung from the plant?

its hard to say, do you have a par meter? 10 inches is pretty close, typical is 18 to 24 inches for an HPS or MH but a par meter will let you tune it in perfectly, for a seedling 600 to 700 on the meter should do nicely 450 is the minimum.

I like to start with the lights high and ease them down over a period of days. 10" may not be too close for LED but all of a sudden being 10" away may cause shock.
