grown in old miriCal gro potting soil, with alaska fish emulsion and time release bloom. Makes no sense I know. Light was mars 48 reflector led. I'm a mess.

I agree, buds look very nice, and seem like they're getting to harvest time, which is good! A few discolored leaves won't hurt your buds 
Did this happen after adding the fish emulsion and time release nutrients? Did it get very hot or dry, or is it possible their pots dried out?
