3+3 Legal (medical) NY grow

I read NY commercial growers are freeze drying their harvests because there aren't enough IIRC only six testing facilities open and even then there are still no recreational sales open with no date in site. But almost on a whim it seems they finally filed the regulations for medical grow that they've been sitting on for a year. I've a feeling that they'll sit on rec growing until rec sales are in place. Talk that they'd have all in place this fall have been walked back until "something next year."

About the only difference between medical grow and rec grow is who you can share with. Medical grow can only be shared with other medical patients. But like I'm the one responsible for checking who's who? Well, I'm very trusting and gullible and I like to share. So when I ask, just say yes.

So the big growers are freeze drying tons of weed for future sales? But is it OK to grow your own at home ? Man this is confusing to me, sorry i don't keep up with different states regulations. I waited over 40yrs to see Oregon legalize home growing, we've had medical for years. I have friends who don't use medical service anymore cause it's legal to grow your own 4 plants per house. Or we rec growers grow plants for them. Freeze dried weed hmmmmmm:(

It's legal as of today for medical users to grow 3 immature (no flowers, vegging) plus 3 mature (flowering) plants. Plus, and this makes no sense, up to five pounds of possession of ready-to-use goods vs three existing law that allows three ounces for rec users. Rec grow could be another year out though I don't know of any reason the regulations didn't get filed with the med ones. Supposedly freeze dried weed keeps for years.

They are not putting our on the ballet even though we got way more than enuf folks to sign. And we will still not be able to share, no no not in OK. I dont think the freeze dried stuff would pass in OK (I dont keep up with commercial).

Yeah. Idk how that freeze dried stuff would sit with customers...
On another topic; anyone ever smoke that cryo-cured flower?
And another question:
Does anyone know why the MORE Act is stalled in the senate?!?

I don't think they have a plan B when they only have politicians-promises on when retail sale will open.

SoOrbudgal, it's basically a freeze dryer with a vacuum. Check it out. Even the personal use machine is extremely expensive though!

I tried some from a dispensary once. To my suprise, it was actually quite smooth and flavorful still.
