I had decided on the HLG 260W from horticulturelightinggroup.ca ($530 CND shipped) but I have seen more than a few good reviews on the meijiu boards.

$335US for 2-240w or $399US for the 480w model( which is close to what I was willing to pay for the 260w anyway).
I've heard some say that the 480w has a hot spot because the boards are closer together. I realize ill need a 4x4 instead of the 3x3 i had originally planned on.
