2nd harvest

On my first grow, I had 2 Afghan Kush clones scrogged. Harvested at 12 weeks. Yielded just under a pound and a quarter. Just cut my 2nd crop Monday. 5 clones from first grow. Mainlined, Watching plants dry, curious what yield will be. Plants looked much healthier at the end.

12 weeks from what stage?

Clones take some time to recover and establish roots which doesn't leave much time for veg at all if you're flowering for 9 weeks.

Give us some more info and post some pics. Sounds to me you are not vegging long enough. Short veg times impact on bud quality and often produce low THC flowers.

Sorry. Field testing some of my first attempt of making FECO. Turns out you can take too much edibles. It was 12 weeks of flower.
