I'm new to indoor growing,but it looks to me like you have over watered ,or ur soil is to hot. Small seedlings do not like a lot of nutrients and do not need a lot of water. I could be wrong ,but I would stop watering until the soil on top is dry, but if the soil is hot you need to keep watering till nutrients push out the pots and then the seedling that's sad and droopy will look up instead of down.
if you can i'd transplant in to your potting soil and add around 30% perlite to the potting mix ,it will help drainage and over watering ,luck with ya plants ,,,mac,
