:big-smile:Hello GWE community! I've been "learning" for about a year, and after a couple busts, I made it to my first full harvest... yay 
first I'd like to say that although this is my first post, I've been a lurker for several months and may have read every article on this site... I'm a nervous hobbyist 
this site has helped me feel sooooo much more comfortable with each shaky step I take with this endeavor!
I've come across a question that I haven't been able to find the answer to... should I keep the frosted leaves on or trim as close as I can get if smoking is not in the cards? I've read that it's personal preference on varying methods of trimming... we rarely smoke, I mostly make coconut oil and then treats... although I'll likely share at least *some* with folks who do smoke... for those, I'll trim close and neat... As for the rest, not concerned with aesthetics, more so if leaving frosty leaf attached will negatively affect the curing, potency, taste in oil? Attached a pic of the first 5% harvested and trimmed yesterday (yay 420)... Pineapple Express, ended up being super frosty... all leaves and stems were heavily frosted by the time she finished... hence my hesitation.
