1st indoor grow

hello my friends, I trying my luck indoor. my plant is10 days old, and today she looks a little droopy to me. she in soil, ffof with 25% perlite. do you think i'm over-watering a little bit? also the stem is pretty skinny too? my light is at 18" any thoughts?

looks good to me. I dont see anything out of sorts with her. what lights are you running?

thanks homegrown. I have a 3x3 tent with a california lightworks solar extreme 250, with a 4" exhaust fan and a 6" isolating fan, both running 24/7. light is on a 18/6 schedule. 3 gal fabric pots.
