19 week auto

Just having my first grow starting get ready for harvest. It’s been 17+ weeks since sprouting. And I’m thinking another week or two before being ready which would be 19 wks. I’m just wondering if that is a long time or an average time. They’re Big Bang autos. I know that I probably screws up a half dozen times that would have slowed growth/maturing. But, wow, it’s been a long last 4 weeks waiting for the big ending 🤣

Anybody else have Big Bang auto experience?

Morning YY yes to being a long grow for an auto. 90-100 days has been my last two indoor with them. I've had photos that I let go for over ripeness and they got immature seeds. White tiny nothing seeds empty, smoke may have been less potent but I don't remember LOL

Some updates pics.

My new lights really shocked the ladies. I’m getting big tails and a bunch of new pistils when most of the surrounding hairs are 50% shriveled up.

Trichs are looking pretty good. The micro shot is from the bottom 1/3 of the main cola.

I actually think you probably should have harvested awhile ago. On GWE, they explicitly say there are times when you should harvest even if trichomes don’t look ready. And they then share some pics. If I wasn’t about to fall asleep I’d link it lol. I’ll try to add it tomorrow after I wake up. I’d say give her the chop!

You will always get new growth, but at some point it's at the expense of the other buds- by degradation.
I see enough amber to chop.
I would harvest this plant now- you don't want it to go to seed, trying to preserve itself!
