They look fine for a month old plant. However you will need a lot more light for flowering. At least 400w. Also, what type of soil are you using. I don't see much perlit.

the ts-1000 is rated for 80x80 for veg.

nice looking plants!

I did auto white widow XXL's (dinafem) on my last grow.
i'm a hydro grower, no soil, but i did take a pic of them at 1 month 9 days.

I've attached a pic of the group at that time.
the bottom right one is a bit smaller than the others but it had an issue of root rot, had to trim the roots which slowed it down.

light was a LED 400W equivalent to hps, drew about 190W at the wall. (Budmaster GOD4)

It looks like coco, an needs more perlite, like Kingfish said.
They look fine to me, good tight node spacing, and ready to be bent over, or topped,
GoodLuck with them.it's hard to beat WWidow, where did you get your seeds?
Gonna need much more light.

They look like shity deprived scarecrows. But in your circumstances 150w OK..

Auto flowers need much more light, they don't want anymore Veg light they need full spectrum like the sun. Other wise I think they look good.
