Could you promote stretching a little by moving lights a little further away for a day or so? I have a purple kush auto that is 4 and a half weeks. This is my first auto so I didn't want to try a main line but I did top at the 5th and trimmed bottom nodes to have 8 mains. Its going along nice...
I have a green crack plant going from bag seed from a dispensary. It started showing calyxes around 3 weeks and started throwing out the hairs at nearly 4 weeks. Is that normal? Everything looks fine. Just a normal calyx with the hairs. Don't think I need to show pics.
For starting a grow with nothing but a bucket and some soil I feel like I did good. Learned a lot. Got some autos on the way since I now have experience. Thanks everybody for the help!
Just a lil update. Switched to 12/12 on the first. Actually saw my first pistil from the calyx on the 29th. I hadn't realized that I haven't posted about this other one. It's about 4 weeks. Just started it cause I was bored. It's already on 12/12 as well. Still not sure on sex with it.
Just wanted to put a little update on my girl. Going to switch to the flowering schedule either this week or next. She's looking good since lst. Been clipping about every other day and I can't keep up lol.
So I'm going to be switching to flowering soon. Been using FF grow big for veg nutes. Been getting good results. I'm using because it's organic. Big bloom is also organic but tiger is not. Would big bloom be enough to support the following phase? I would like to stay completely organic if...
So I found a couple of fungus gnats. Or at least that's what I think they are. I killed them. Do you think 2 of them would do any damage? Should I get something to treat the soil just in case? Turned up my fan a lil to dry out the top layer of soil quicker. Hoping that will keep anymore from...
So I just started lst not even a full 24 hours ago. I was just curious as to how the rest of this technique goes. Am i going to wind up leaving it tied down for the remainder of it's life? It's there an appropriate time to untie. I'm just kind of clueless as to what to look for now. And what's next.
So I have got about 10 nodes growing on my plant. About 8 dominant nodes. But I still have most of my fan leaves. Should I cut them off? Is it just wasting energy?
I'm a first time grower and I was curious if anybody can tell if my plants are male or female. I have done a little research but I'm still not comfortable making the call yet. Any help would be appreciated.
