    Is my plant ready for harvest?

    Hi guys, This is my first grow and i was just wondering if my plant is ready to harvest. It's northern light by Nirvana at its 8th week of flowering (since switching to 12/12). I'm still new at looking at trichomes, so i'm wondering if it look good to harvest, or should i wait a bit longer? Thanks!
